PARENTING PLAN RATES
Intake: (Each parent is seen separately for 2 hours each)

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
The law protects the relationship between a client and the coach, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.
EXCEPTIONS INCLUDE
- Suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder abuse, for which I am required by law to report this to the appropriate authorities immediately.
- If a client is threatening serious bodily harm to another person/s, I must notify the police and inform the intended victim.
- If a client intends to harm himself or herself, I will make every effort to enlist their cooperation in ensuring their safety. If they do not cooperate, I will take further measures without their permission that are provided to me by law in order to ensure their safety.
PAYMENT
Cash and cheque are accepted in person. Email money transfers are also accepted via your online banking provider.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not provided notification least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
INSURANCE
Tracy is in private practice as a non-medical specialist and has been trained outside the formal medical system.
This form of psychotherapy is not insured by OHIP (Ontario Health Insurance Plan). Most medical doctors do not have our kind of training and often refer to us for the sake of their own clients.
Some private insurance companies will cover some forms of psychotherapy but you will have to find this out by referring to your own insurer.
Professional therapists who care about their clients do carry liability insurance to protect clients against damages.
Tracy carries professional liability insurance as a condition of her professional designation.
REDUCED FEE
Reduced fee services are available under certain circumstances on a limited basis.
