Expressing gratitude for the things that make our lives meaningful is something I value highly.  I have created this section so that I can refer to it, from time to time, and be reminded of all the people I may have helped along the way and who have taken the time to tell me what my presence in their lives has meant to them, no matter how small.  It is also my way of showing appreciation for my work and for the people in my life who help me live my purpose…it is my great honour to connect and share this with others.

“Thank you for today’s blog and the video… I just sat, listened and cried… Your writing is getting better and better and it’s as if your energy has calmed down. After many years of roller coaster I experience a much more balanced you through your writing. I am truly happy for you, for it hasn’t been the easy road… yet thankfully it led you to where you are. You give me so much through your blog, your example of how you try to carve out your own life and your positive energy. Much love…”

“First and foremost I want to say thank you. Thank you for taking my call today and selflessly sparing 10 minutes of your time to talk to me. Thank you for being the most safe person who NEVER EVER makes me feel stupid, or small in moments where I think others may. I never feel judged by you, or question what I say or how I say it. I really feel I can be my most authentic self around you and it makes me grateful and happy that you’re such a huge presence in my life. It also makes me want to be more like you and treat others the way you treat me. You’re a shining example.”

“I have been meaning to email you for a while just to say thank you. You saw me through the roughest part of my life (and a fair amount of my past) and because of you I am living a fairly normal life surrounded by good people :) You are awesome! Thanks for fixing me ;)”

“I can’t tell you how much you’ve helped me throughout this time in my life. I feel lucky to have come across you by chance. Its not over and I know I’m headed for more ups and downs…but at least I feel like I’m moving forward. Hopefully in the right direction. Thanks again. ”

JM, March 2013

“I want to thank you for your caring and insight and skill.  You helped me believe there are ways to move forward and although it has been a slow process, I think I am on my way.  Lots of bad habits to break and I expect to still have challenges but I think I can do it. My sincerest thanks.  I wish you well.”

“Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for all of your continued support. Without your appreciation for me and my situation, I can’t imagine how far I would have fallen…All of my gratitude”

“I really have benefitted from your wise words. In just a few sessions I have really felt a difference in how I am running my life and interacting with others.”

“I wanted to tell you that, apart from your comforting and insightful counselling, the imagining seemed particularly helpful to me.  I would like to do more of that.  I think I tend to talk around things and the imagery seemed a (good) way to confront something.”

JN, July 2012

“Tracy,

Thank you for helping me and for bringing out the best in me. Thank you for your advice, your trust and support.”

“Almost all of my life I had close friends to lean on when times are tough. Now, that I’m on the other side of the planet, it became difficult to get by. I was seeking the help of a therapist, and in Tracy I have found a professional with the ease and welcoming of a friend and the experience and abilities of a therapist. I haven’t found answers yet, but now I know I’m asking the right questions. Thanks, Tracy”

This is insane. So beautiful and the kindest thing that has happened to me in a long time. I read your email today in a public place and it made me tear up. The older I get the more emotional I get but my reaction still totally caught me off guard and I had to hide behind my 5 dollar Kensington market sunglasses in an attempt to appear normal! I really am not sure how to even respond. I cannot believe you are being so kind and generous. I am at a loss. I have been seriously squealing on the inside all day, I am so excited!

I have to tell you, you have a great energy about you. Talking to you, or getting a message from you always makes me smile, and there is no particular reason for that. Just thought I would let you know, because if that is the case with me then it has to be so with a lot of others.

Thank you so much for the kind words. They make life worth living. The most powerful possession a human being can own is a day. For all that he/she has experienced in ones life has brought them to that particular moment. Just now, you just made my day…

…And thank you again for meeting with me, you taught me more about life than most people might ever know!

Have a wonderful day Tracy. Keep smiling, continue your passion, and forever may you change the world for the better.

“The older I become, I realize just how short life really is. When you find something as precious and rare as you, one doesn’t just acknowledge it’s existence and carries on. One hangs on to it, embraces it and relishes every moment with it. Last night, only validated, what I already knew, you truly are one in a million!.. You are an inspiration to all that have the good fortune of meeting you, and I am no exception. I feel that the path you are on right now is the one you are supposed to be on, and hopefully the journey will be as exciting & enlightening as the destination.”

“Hi Tracy, Just wanted you to know how much I have enjoyed reading your March (2007) newsletter with my cup of coffee…

Both were very good till the last drop…word.

I watched the movie (The Secret) 2 weeks ago after being nagged by friends!

Scary but true!!

Since beginning of this year … new power entered MY life. So a lot of what you said in your letter made me say WOW!!

Maybe I am not so crazy after all.” Xoxo
